As someone who is disabled and battling cancer, I have found myself to be physically unavailable sometimes.  Sex can be scary, exhausting, and just plain overwhelming.  Our new bodies fail us more than our old ones.  We may experience physical pain, or side effects like dryness, low libido or a lack of love for our new body.  Some people begin to resent their body feeling that it has betrayed them.  Parts of us that we loved may have been ripped away.  It seems like there is no end to the way a diagnosis affects your life.  I am here to tell you that there is hope and if you will allow me, I would love to walk this next journey with you.
