RESTORE Program
Reclaim your body, your voice, and your peace.
A somatic coaching space for women ready to leave survival mode behind after divorce, untangle religious sexual shame, and finally feel safe in their own skin.
What RESTORE Is (And Who It’s For)
RESTORE is a grounded, step-by-step 8 week, somatic coaching journey designed to help you move past just talking about your healing in your head. It gives you real, body-based tools to calm your nervous system, hold firm boundaries without guilt, and rebuild trust in yourself after life has been turned upside down.
This space is built for you if:
You are navigating life post-divorce and feel like you've lost touch with your body, your desires, or who you even are outside of survival mode.
You are still carrying the heavy weight of religious purity culture, sexual guilt, or conditioning that tells you your body isn't truly yours.
You constantly default to people-pleasing, struggle to say "no" without panic, or feel completely drained from holding everything together.
The 7-Step RESTORE Roadmap
An 8-week journey to move at your body's pace—never rushed, never pushed.
Week 1: Recognize
Gently naming the harm, calling abuse what it was, and unlearning misused scripture.
Week 2: Establish Safety
Creating real emotional, physical, and spiritual safety in your home and skin first.
Week 3: Speak Your Truth
Reclaiming your voice and processing your story at your own pace in a space that believes you.

Untangling deep purity-culture guilt from who you actually are and laying down false responsibility.
Week 6: Reclaim Identity
Rebuilding your life on the truth that you are beloved, worthy, and whole in Jesus—outside of marriage or abuse.
Weeks 7–8: Embrace Restoration
Stepping into post-divorce peace with firm boundaries and a long-term roadmap for your life.
