     I work primarily with women who are out of the marriage and picking up the pieces after living through marital sexual abuse, coercive control, and spiritual betrayal—as well as select couples committed to rebuilding relational safety through my SAFE framework.

     Most of the women who find their way to me were taught by their churches or families to submit, keep quiet, and protect the home at all costs. You survived the storm and you got out, but your body doesn’t know it yet. You’re still living on high alert, carrying a heavy weight of shame that was never yours, and trying to figure out who you actually are under all that armor.

     

Getting out of the high-conflict or abusive environment is only the first step. Actually feeling safe in your own skin—or determining if safety can ever be re-established in your dynamic—takes real work and a clear plan.

I don't offer vague platitudes, toxic positivity, or "just pray about it" advice. Whether navigating individual recovery or couple restoration, I provide a practical, step-by-step roadmap to get your life and your nervous system back. Together, we focus on:
